You Should Become a Master and Commander in Self Management.

Many people are the "Victim, Responder". 

They are someone who respond to every things to do in a hurry. I can not control well. They just focus on the present. It is not bad life, but it can reduce the possibility to accomplish what you want to achieve. 

If you become a captain and commander, its possibility will be growing rapidly. 

I know it is very hard to become a captain. Actually, I am not still the captain in self management yet. I want to become a captain. 

How to become a captain and commander in self management? 

1. List down your projects which are important but not in a hurry.

2. On the right side of the project, write down the action plan that contains the "Verb".

3. The action plan has due date of 7 days. You have to accomplish them in this week.

4. Write down your "Weekly Journal" every week and share it someone who take care of you. In the weekly journal, you write down your opinion about the last week and coming week. 

5. Repeat them every week, and write weekly journal continuously; it means that you accumulate every week's journal in one file.
